If you encounter an empty page after following a link (e.g. a customer invitation or password reset), please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies (via your browser settings / option for clearing browsing history and data);

2. Try accessing the application with a different browser or another device (this can help determine if the issue is related to the browser or specific to the device you are using);

3. If the problem persists, please press the key "F12" and take a screenshot of the whole page on your screen (this can help troubleshoot websites effectively).
