I received an email with the subject “revision of your profile is overdue”. How should I proceed?

An email with the subject “revision of your profile is overdue” is sent if your company profile was set up before July 2024.
As international laws and regulations evolve and companies' requirements change, our questionnaires are annually adjusted.

Kindly proceed as follows:

1. Log into your IntegrityNext supplier profile with the email address which the message was sent to 
    a.​ Request a new password if needed
    b. ​If the email address receiving this message is not available any more, please contact us (via support@integritynext.com or live chat) and mention email address you would like to add

2. Update your sustainability assessment:
    a.​ Questionnaire(s) for which the revision is required are marked with “update”. Klick on the button "update" to start the revision
    b. ​Review your replies and reply all questions with "Yes" or "No"
If you do not know how to answer:
-> select "no answer" and select "save"
-> ​use the button "invite a colleague" to involve responsible colleagues
    c.​ You can log in to your profile at any time and continue working on the questions
    d.​ The assessment is completed when all questions are replied with "yes" or "no" and/or required fields are filled in

3. Requesting customer
​-> Use the button "view company" to see the requesting customer’s contact data
