Please follow this detailed path on changing your login:

  1. log in under the registered email address https://app.integritynext.com/login (it includes the option "reset password")

    ! if it is not possible to log in under the registered email, please contact IntegrityNext Support Team - 
    support@integritynext.com

  2. select the button 'Invite a colleague' or click on 'Additional users' menu under your name



  3. invite / add the new email address
  4. the added address will this way receive an invite message sent by 'support@integritynext.com'
  5. follow the invitation link and register
  6. log in via credentials of the new user
  7. delete the obsolete email address via 'Additional users' menu
