How do I view and respond to an assigned action?

Your inviting companies can assign Actions to your company profile on IntegrityNext. You can view the action details, communicate with the assigning company, and exchange relevant documents directly through your profile.

Where can I find an action assigned to me?

Actions are only available in the company profile to which they were assigned. If you received an invitation to complete an action but cannot find it after logging in, you may be logged in to a different company profile. Make sure you log in to the profile to which the invitation was sent.

How do I access my assigned actions?

  1. Log in to your IntegrityNext profile.

  2. In the navigation menu on the left side of the platform, click Actions.

  3. All actions assigned to your company profile are listed in the Actions Matrix

Note: The Actions menu is only visible if at least one action has been assigned to your company profile.

How do I review an action?

On the Action Details page, you can review the information provided by the company that assigned the action, including the description, due date, and other relevant details.
The Collaboration section allows you to communicate directly with the assigning company and exchange information or documents related to the action.

How do I respond to an action or upload a document?

You can respond to the assigning company by adding a comment in the Collaboration section.
The assigning company may also attach documents to its comments. If a document is attached, you can download it directly from the Collaboration section.
If you are asked to complete or sign a document:

  1. Download the attached document.

  2. Complete or sign it as requested.

  3. Return to the Collaboration section.

  4. Add a comment and upload the completed document as an attachment.

Can I change the status of an action?

Currently, the status of an action can only be changed by the company that assigned the action. Once you have completed the requested action or provided the required information or documents, the assigning company can review your response and update the status accordingly.
