To view and respond to the action/-s your customer has sent to you, please:
1. log into affected profile https://app.integritynext.com/login (to which the message from IntegrityNext was delivered)
2. find the 'Actions' menu
if there is no 'Actions' tab - the profile is different from the one shared with the customer -> please contact support@integritynext.com
3. click on the action title
4. view the action in detail and download the document attached by your customer
5. to add comments and/or upload the signed document please click on the line 'Add a comment' in the section 'Collaboration of teams'
6. click on the 'Save' button
