! the Internet Explorer browser is not supported by our platform since their last update was released in 2022!
! Older versions of the Edge Browser cause blank pages: make sure to update to the Edge latest version !
1. Refresh the page and copy the link in your browser again
2. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies (via your browser settings / option for clearing browsing history and data);
3. Try accessing the application with a different browser or another device (this can help determine if the issue is related to the browser or specific to the device used). Alternatively, please try to use the new incognito window to open the link;
4. If the problem persists, please press the key "F12" and take a screenshot of the whole page on your screen, as this can help troubleshoot websites effectively. Please send the screenshot to us (support@integritynext.com) mentioning your browser type and version. We will endeavour to help you resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
