We already have an IntegrityNext profile. How do I share my profile with a new customer request?

To share your already completed questionnaires with other customers, please proceed as follows:

  1. Click on the invitation email sent to you by the new customer.
  2. Follow the registration link by clicking on the green button 'Register and start assessment'.
  3. Instead of filling out the registration form again, click on the link 'If you are already registered, you can log in here' (see screenshot below).                                                 log_in_if_you_are_already_registered.png
  4. Enter the same email and password you used when you first registered with IntegrityNext.
  5. Please make sure to review and update the information in your profile.
  6. The new customer now has access to your profile.

 

!  If you are not the registered user, you can 

  • either forward the invitation to your colleague
  • or state to your inviting customers the email address under which the profile is maintained. Your customer will send the invitation to the correct contact and your profile will be automatically linked with the request.
