One Profile per Legal Entity
You only need one sustainability self-assessment per legal entity in our platform.
This way, you can focus on keeping a single profile updated, helping you save time, reduce effort, and avoid duplicate work.
If your company currently has multiple profiles with the same name and location, don’t worry — we can automatically redirect all past customer requests to a single main profile URL. This ensures your data remains consistent, accurate, and centralized.

Managing Multiple Legal Entities
If your organization includes more than one legal entity, you can easily manage them all in one place using our Multi-Entity Structure feature. To set it up:
Log in to your parent company profile.
Go to your Settings.
Open the "Multi Entity Structure" section.
From there, you can build your structure and connect new and/or existing company profiles for your other legal entities — allowing you to oversee everything centrally and stay organized with ease. Customers requesting information will not automatically have access to your Multi-Entity Structure. They will only see the individual profiles you have shared with them.
