Please follow this detailed path on changing your login:

  1. Log in under the registered email address https://app.integritynext.com/login (it includes the option "reset password").

    ! if it is not possible to log in under the old registered email, please contact IntegrityNext Support Team -
    support@integritynext.com.

  2. Click the 'Invite a colleague' button or select 'Additional users' from the menu under your name.


  3. Invite / add the new email address.
  4. The added address will this way receive an invite message sent by 'support@integritynext.com'.
  5. Follow the invitation link and register.
  6. Log in via credentials of the new user.
  7. Delete the obsolete email address via 'Additional users' menu.
