When uploading a document/certificate in an assessment, you may see the error message:

“Something went wrong. Please try again.”

This message usually appears when the system detects a potential security risk during file processing. To protect the platform, the upload is automatically rejected.

How to resolve the issue

Please follow these steps:

  1. Re-save your document
    Open the file in a PDF editor (for example, Adobe Acrobat Reader) and re-save it. This can help remove hidden formatting or metadata issues.

  2. Verify the file format and content
    Make sure the document is in the correct format and does not contain any harmful content. If needed, scan the file with antivirus software before uploading it again.

  3. Clear your browser cache or cookies
    Clearing your cache or cookies can help ensure the application runs smoothly before attempting the upload again.
