The assessments on IntegrityNext cover standard questions and requirements related to sustainability and compliance. The questionnaires are designed to be straightforward and easy to complete, with most questions requiring a simple Yes or No answer.
Depending on the questionnaire, you may have the option to either upload a certificate for a certified management system or, alternatively, answer a short questionnaire about the topic.
How do I upload a certificate?

I do not have a certificate. How do I answer the questionnaire?
Not having a certificate is not a problem. Answering the questionnaire is an alternative to uploading a certificate.
Simply select No when asked whether your company has the relevant certificate and proceed with the questionnaire. The questions assess to what extent your company already meets the requirements of the corresponding management system or sustainability topic.
How do I complete a questionnaire?
Answer the questions by selecting Yes or No and provide any additional information requested.
Some questionnaires contain multiple sections. Use the Next button to navigate through the sections and continue answering the questions.
If you are unsure about a question or do not have the necessary information yet, you can leave it as No answer and return to it later.
Once you start answering a questionnaire, you may see its result displayed as green, yellow, or red, depending on the answers you provide.
A questionnaire is considered complete once:
All questions have been answered with Yes or No, and
All required fields have been completed.
How do I submit my answers?
Once you have completed all questions and required fields, click Submit to submit the questionnaire.
Your answers are then automatically shared with the company or companies that invited you to IntegrityNext.
Can I change my answers after submitting?
Yes. You can update submitted questionnaires at any time.
Simply log in to your IntegrityNext profile, open the relevant questionnaire, and revise your answers. After making your changes, click Update. Your updated information will automatically be shared with your inviting companies.
We recommend reviewing your completed questionnaires regularly and keeping your answers up to date so that your customers always have access to your latest information.
What if I need help answering a question?
If you are unsure how to answer a question or a colleague has the relevant information, you can invite colleagues to join your supplier profile free of charge. They can then help complete or update the relevant questionnaires.
