“Unknown error while uploading file.”
This message usually appears when the system detects that the file is infected or contains suspicious patterns during a deep system scan. To protect the platform, the file is automatically deleted.
How to resolve the issue
Please follow these steps:
Scan the file with antivirus software
Ensure the document is in the correct format and does not contain any harmful content. Perform a malware scan using your available security tools before uploading the file again on https://app.integritynext.com/questionnaire.Re-save your document
Open the file in a PDF editor (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader) and re-save it. Alternatively, select Print → Save as PDF. This may help remove hidden formatting issues or problematic metadata.Clear your browser cache or cookies
Clearing your cache or cookies can help ensure the application runs properly before attempting the upload again on https://app.integritynext.com/questionnaire.
